Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changing an Order

Due to our fast shipping service, you have only 1 hour to change an order if a mistake has been made, however YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER once it has gone through. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately within the hour at sales@thelipoguy.com.au, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Incorrect shipping address information at CHECKOUT may result in a RETURN TO SENDER scenario. Any orders that are returned to us will incur a $20 FEE + the cost of re-shipping the items back to you. This will be arranged via email. Once the return to sender fee and cost of shipping is paid, we will re-send the items again to the corrected address, and a NEW tracking number will be provided.

Opened Items

A refund cannot be issued once the product has been opened.

Payment Claim & Refund

Claims to your bank, credit card merchants, AfterPay or ZipPay WILL NOT be accepted if a refund complaint is made one (1) week after date of purchase. All complaints / enquiries should go via THELIPOGUY prior to escalation in order to get the matter resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returning Unwanted Item

You have one (1) week from the date of purchase to return the item if it is not the right product for you. A return can only be accepted if the item/s have not been opened or tampered with. If the item/s have not been opened or tampered, we will offer a FULL REFUND for the item/s MINUS the shipping cost. The items are to be returned to THELIPOGUY, PO BOX 682 GLADESVILLE NSW 2111 before a refund can be processed for proper inspection to check item/s integrity.

Returns cannot be accepted one (1) week after purchase date in the event that the item purchased was incorrect or if it did not have the desired effect.
