Shipping Information & Pricing
We ship with Australia Post eParcel (EXPRESS POST ONLY), in padded bags, from Sydney.
All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.
Peace of mind for a flat fee of $7.95. A recommend option to add at the checkout page. If your goods happen to be lost or damaged in transit with Australia Post, you won't be out of pocket. If Shipping Insurance is not added at checkout and your items are either damaged or lost in transit, we are not able cover any damages or losses.
With Shipping Insurance added however, in the event your package is lost or damaged, we are able to raise a claim with Australia Post and get full cover for the package. This means we are able to re-send your items out once the claim with Australia Post is approved which should be no longer than 3 business days.
Orders $500 or over
Orders placed by customers that are or exceed $500, will be subject to identity verification once the order has placed. For security and chargeback protection, the customer will need to verify their identity by submitting a scanned copy or photo of their drivers licence or most recent utility bill to prove the name and address on the order form submitted.
Customers must email either one of the above documents to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the order can be approved prior to shipment. Until the customer can be verified, the order will be placed on-hold for a maximum time of 2 days. If 2 days have passed and the customer has not verified themselves, a full refund will be given back to card on which the transaction was placed.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse same day if orders is placed before 1pm. Shipping time is next business day for Australian Metro area's or up to 4-5 days in remote/rural areas from dispatch date, all which will be emailed to you along with tracking information.
Express Shipping Orders will be dispatched same day if your order is placed BEFORE 1pm AEST. For orders after 1pm, they will be dispatched the following business day however the order may still be processed / packed on the same day the order is made.
• NSW: 1-2 business days (regularly delivered in 1 business day for metro area's, but this can vary depending on Australia Post)
• Victoria, QLD: 1-2 business days
• South Australia: 1-3 business days
• Western Australia: 1-4 business days
• Northern Territory and Tasmania: 2-5 business days
• Rural & Remote areas: 3-7 business days
• New Zealand: 3-4 business days

These are only best estimates provided to THELIPOGUY by Australia Post eParcel. Although express services are relatively quick, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as this depends on the destination and any possibly internal delays with Australia Post. Occasionally, Australia Post may experience delays and as much as we do not like this, it is completely out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release THELIPOGUY from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Due to our commitment to ship items on the same day of purchase (within 1 business day at most), there is a small window from the time of purchase in which you have the opportunity to contact THELIPOGUY at email@example.com if there is an error in your shipping address. However, due the fast processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed. It is soley the buyers responsibilty to ensure that the correct shipping address is placed on the order.
Incorrect shipping address information at checkout may result in a return to sender scenario. Any orders that are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address will incur a $20 'return to sender fee' + the cost of then re-shipping the items back to your correct address. This will be arranged via email. Once the return to sender fee and cost of shipping is paid, we will re-send the items again to the corrected address, and a new tracking number will be provided.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, but we will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully before committing to your purchase.
